DB Run # 167 Ish

Fellow Hashers,

You guys are in for a treat. A couple of extremely talented German chaps

have thrown together an epic trail, especially for the Hash's

entertainment. This A-A trail will take you through ancient villages and

lush parkland, along stunning canals and raging rivers, over bridges

large and small.

There are 2 trails; a 5k (ish) walk and a 10k (ish) run, so whether you

are young, old, fit or flabby, there will be something for you. Lashings

of ice cold beverages will be hand for your thirst quenching pleasure.

This could be the run of the year, so it is highly advisable that you

attend.
